Green Home Fair Event

 

 

Dear Exhibitor,   Herewith please find our formal invitation for you to join us in exhibiting your green/sustainable products and services, free of charge, at the City of Tshwane’s annual Green Home Fair. We apologize for delayed communication as we were experiencing some challenges in securing the ideal venue. We can now confirm that we have secured the Woodlands Boulevard shopping centre and the exhibition will be held on 4 and 5 June 2016. This is a significant weekend as 5 June 2016 is World Environment Day and the Green Home Fair is an appropriate opportunity to encourage consumers to pursue greening in their personal lives as a way of supporting the environment.

 The Green Home Fair is an exhibition showcasing a myriad of eco products and services or products and services that assist consumers minimise their ecological footprint (water, energy, waste). Consumers can explore a range of innovative ideas to help them reduce their environmental impact and save money too. From alternative building methods and products, to off grid energy, water and waste solutions, energy and water efficient appliances, fuel efficient cars, natural and organic products and much, much more. The event is proudly supported by the City of Tshwane which will join you on the day as an exhibitor as well. This, of course, creates a great network opportunity as well as the opportunity to see what's trending in the city.

Please complete the on line form so that we can plan your stand accordingly. Please also note the following conditions relating to the exhibition requirements.

 All parking for exhibitors is charged at a reduced rate of R10 per day.

 The booking is for the Main Promotions Court from 4 – 5 June 2016 (100m² or 5m x 20m)  Tables and chairs will be provided and as well as table cloths.

 We encourage exhibitors to make their stand look appealing with creative sustainable décor (e.g. potted plants as opposed to cut flowers), especially if you don’t have physical products to show.

 All stands should be manned from 8 am – 7 pm on the Saturday and 9 am – 5 pm on the Sunday.

 Set up of all stands may only take place after shopping centre hours due to liability reasons, so you can set up on the Thursday evening after 7 pm or the Friday morning before 9 am and you can dismantle on Sunday after 5 pm or Monday before 9 am. Security will stop exhibitors from setting up or dismantling if they do so outside of these hours.

 Electrical points will be provided for and please indicate if required.
